Notable Rounds

On April 19, 2021, Knox Financial, a Boston-based residential fintech company, announced a $10 million Series A lead by G20 Investors with participation from Greycroft, and two other investors. On April 22, 2021, Cherre, an NYC-based commercial real estate data and insights startup, announced a $50 million growth round led by Trustbridge Partners with additional funding from Glilot Capital Partners and former Goldman Sachs executive Mark Schwartz. On April 19, 2021, Archistar.ai, a Sydney-based property intelligence platform, announced a $6 million Series A from AirTree Ventures and Skip Capital. On April 20, 2021, Fintor, a Los Angeles-based residential fintech startup, announced a $2.5 million Seed round from 500 Startups and 11 other investors. On April 22, 2021, Satellite Vu, a London-based satellite imagery analytics company, announced a $5 million Seed round led by Seraphim Capital with participation from A/O Proptech, Ridgeline Partners, and three other investors. And on April 20, 2021, Otso, Valcre, Lex, Parafin, ProDeal, Remarkably, Land Intelligence, and Groundbreaker, received strategic capital from Second Century Ventures via NAR REACH Commercial Accelerator.
