The Program:

  • Pitch and sales refinement from real buyers and industry executives.

    The first two weeks are all about sharpening your story. Too many founders lose business with jargon and miss the operator’s perspective.

    We will give you the playbook and pressure-test your 5-minute presentation until it’s crisp, credible, and impossible to ignore.

  • Next, you’ll sit down with the people who know the industry best, senior executives.

    • Week 3: You’ll deliver your 5-minute pitch in a closed roundtable and get direct, unfiltered feedback on what resonates and what doesn’t.

    • Week 4: You’ll come back with your refined pitch, showing how you’ve addressed feedback. Mentors will immediately see your progress and push you further.

    This before-and-after structure forces clarity and iteration, the same way real pilots and board meetings work.

  • The program culminates with high-visibility presentations to CRETI’s networks: 8,000+ owner-managers, 5,000+ property operators, 300 brokerages. This isn’t just exposure, it’s distribution.

    You’ll showcase your refined pitch to the exact decision-makers who buy, adopt, and scale new technology. It’s a chance to open doors to prospects, partnerships, and revenue conversations with some of the industry's largest operators.

Entry Requirements 

  1. Companies must be post-product.

  2. Companies must be incorporated in the United States (US) and/or have sales/marketing in the US before acceptance into the program.  

  3. Companies must be focused on addressing challenges within cohort industry and/or sector.

  4. Companies must be available to attend and present at CRETI council meetings.

  5. Companies must be available to attend and present at all industry presentations.

  6. Companies must be available for the accelerator program. Weekly programming will occur virtually on Wednesday (typically starting late morning CST to best accommodate individuals across different time zones). In addition, each CRETI team will meet at least weekly at a time of their choosing.
