Each week, founders work directly with executives and industry operators to refine their positioning, strategy, and messaging.

THE PROGRAM:

  • Pitch refinement and product validation from real buyers and industry executives.

    The first two weeks are all about sharpening your story. Too many founders lose business with jargon and miss the operator’s perspective.

    We will pressure-test your 5-minute pitch until it’s crisp, credible, and impossible to ignore. By the end of Week 2, you’ll have a clear, investor- and operator-ready narrative: the problem you solve, how you solve it, why you’re defensible, and how you prove ROI.

  • Next, you’ll sit down with the people who know the industry best, senior executives from organizations like Blackstone, AvalonBay, Lincoln, and others.

    • Week 3: You’ll deliver your 5-minute pitch in a closed roundtable and get direct, unfiltered feedback on what resonates and what doesn’t.

    • Week 4: You’ll come back with your refined pitch, showing how you’ve addressed feedback. Mentors will immediately see your progress and push you further.

    This before-and-after structure forces clarity and iteration, the same way real pilots and board meetings work.

  • The program culminates with high-visibility Demo Days in front of CRETI’s networks: 8,000+ owner-managers and 5,000+ property managers. This isn’t just exposure, it’s distribution.

    You’ll showcase your refined pitch to the exact decision-makers who buy, adopt, and scale new technology in multifamily. It’s a chance to open doors to prospects, partnerships, and revenue conversations with some of the largest operators in the industry.

Entry Requirements 

  1. Startup must be incorporated before acceptance into the program.  

  2. Startup must be focused on addressing challenges within cohort industry and/or sector.

  3. Startup must be available to attend in-person events.

  4. Startup must be available to attend and present at CRETI Venture Capital Demo Day.

  5. Startup must be available to attend and present at CRETI Industry Demo Day.

  6. Startup must be available for the accelerator program. Weekly programming will occur virtually on Tuesday (typically starting late morning CST to best accommodate individuals across different time zones). In addition, each CRETI team will meet at least weekly at a time of their choosing.
