Perchwell Secures $25M Series B to Enhance Real Estate Agent Capabilities

Perchwell, a data and workflow platform for residential real estate, has announced the completion of a $25 million Series B funding round. This round was led by Lux Capital, with participation from Starwood Capital Group, Flex Capital, Stellar MLS, REcolorado MLS, and California Regional MLS (CRMLS). The funding will support the development of advanced software solutions for Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and brokerages, focusing on AI-driven data and workflow enhancements to empower real estate professionals.

Perchwell aims to elevate the capabilities of real estate agents by providing comprehensive property data through seamless web and mobile interfaces. The investment will accelerate Perchwell's expansion and enhance its platform's features, reinforcing its position as a leader in real estate technology. Peter Hébert, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Lux Capital, highlighted in a press release the industry's reliance on fragmented systems and how Perchwell unifies these into a comprehensive platform. Merri Jo Cowen, CEO of Stellar MLS, praised Perchwell for enriching the MLS user experience and advancing agent capabilities. This funding round is expected to propel Perchwell's growth, enabling agents to better serve homebuyers and sellers in a dynamic real estate market.
