EliseAI Secures $75 Million in Series D Funding, Reaches Unicorn Status

EliseAI, a provider of AI-enabled solutions for the housing industry, announced the completion of a $75 million Series D funding round, bringing its valuation to over $1 billion. The latest investment was led by Sapphire Ventures, with additional participation from existing investors Navitas Capital, Point72 Private Investments, DivcoWest Ventures, and Koch Real Estate Investments. The funding round officially establishes EliseAI as a unicorn in the tech and proptech industry.

Founded in 2017 by Minna Song (CEO) and Tony Stoyanov (CTO), EliseAI has become the largest and most advanced conversational AI platform in the housing sector, according to the company’s press release. The company has also expanded into the healthcare industry, using AI to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. EliseAI's mission is to address the operational challenges and financial pressures faced by critical industries such as housing and healthcare, improving accessibility and sustainability for consumers.

The new funding comes on the heels of significant growth for EliseAI, including a more than 2.5x increase in Annual Recurring Revenue since its Series C round last year. The company now partners with 70% of the top 50 multifamily owners and operators, as well as leading single-family rental companies. EliseAI’s AI platform is currently active in 1 out of every 12 multifamily apartment units in the U.S., with notable customers including Bozzuto, AvalonBay, Equity Residential, Invitation Homes, and Asset Living.
