Investments ranged across a variety of sectors including multifamily, industrial, residential, and construction.

Notable Rounds

  • On May 13, 2021, Optimal Dynamics, an NYC-based AI logsitics company, announced a $18.4 million Series A round from Bessemer Venture Partners and 7 other investors including TenOneTen Ventures, Embark Ventures, and others.

  • On May 15, 2021, Houm, a Santiago, Chile-based multifamily-apartment marketplace, announced a $8.0 million Seed round from FoundersX Ventures, Y Cominbator, Vast Ventures, ONEVC, and 3 other investors.

  • On May 18, 2021, Roofr, a San Francisco-based residential real estate technology company, announced a $4.250 million Seed round from Avidbank and 2 other investors.

  • On May 19, 2021, Dottid, a Dallas, TX-based commercial real estate CRM company, announced a $4.5 million Seed round from Kevin McManus and 2 other investors.

  • On May 19, 2021, Assignar, a Denver-based construction technology company, announced a $20 million Series B round from Fifth Wall, Tola Capital, and Ironspring.

  • On May 19, 2021, Super, a San Francisco-based residential real estate technology company, announced a $50 million growth led by Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, the venture arm of the banking giant, others in the round included home construction giant Asahi Kasei, AAA – Auto Club Group (which also sells insurance), Gaingels and REACH. The last of these is a scale-up service from Second Century Ventures, which is the investment fund of the National Association of Realtors. Aquiline Technology Growth, Liberty Mutual Strategic Ventures, Moderne Ventures and the HSB Fund of Munich Re Ventures.
