  • On June 16, 2021, Arrived Homes, a Seattle-based home rental investment service announced a $10,000,000 Seed from Core Innovation Capital, Spencer Rascoff, PSL Ventures, Bezos Expeditions, Time Ventures, and 5 other investors. The company also raised a $27,000,000 million debt financing round.

What Does This Mean?

It was a slow week in real estate tech venture capital. Residential real estate tech continues to receive the lions share of venture activity as the real estate value chain continues to be ripe for innovation or disruption.
