This week in proptech, $604 million was invested in real estate technology companies. Globally, 19 companies announced funding rounds at a median of $11.6 million. Investments ranged across a handful of sectors, however residential real estate tech and office dominated headlines.

On August 13, 2021, Divvy raised a $200 million Series D led by Tiger Global Management and Caffeinated Capital with investments from Andreessen Horowitz, GGV Capital, GIC, and Moore Capital.
On August 18, 2021, Reali raised a $250 million Series B and Debt round led by Zeev Ventures with investments from Akkadian Ventures and Signia Venture Partners.
On August 18, 2021, Rever.vn raised a $10.2 million Private Equity round from Mekong Capital.
