Portuguese Proptech Startup Relive Raises $5.5M Series A for U.S. Expansion

Lisbon-based proptech startup Relive has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding to scale its operations and expand further into the U.S. real estate market. The round was led by Indico Capital Partners, with participation from Shilling and Bynd Venture Capital.

Relive provides a platform designed to help real estate agents manage property transactions, supporting buying, selling, and renting. The company, which first launched in Texas, plans to expand its presence in multiple states, including Florida, Colorado, and Georgia. The funding will also be used to grow its Lisbon-based team and further develop its technology platform.

Founded in 2021 by Henrique Brás, José Costa Rodrigues, and Sérgio Pinto Ferrás, Relive has now raised $6.8 million across three funding rounds. The latest investment signals strong investor confidence in technology-driven solutions that empower real estate professionals in an evolving market.
