Guesty Raises $130 Million in Series F Funding to Enhance Property Management
Guesty, an Israel-based property management platform for short-term rentals, has completed a $130 million Series F funding round. The investment was led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, with participation from Inovia Capital, Apax Partners, Sixth Street, and BDT & MSD Partners. This round brings Guesty's total funding to $410.6 million across 10 rounds.
Founded in 2013 by CEO Amiad Soto, Guesty offers a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the operational complexities of managing short-term rental properties. The platform integrates various tools like Channel Manager, Unified Inbox, and Automation Tools, facilitating efficient management of listings on online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda.
The capital from this Series F round is expected to further develop Guesty’s technology and expand its market presence. Guesty has also been active in growth through acquisitions, with the most recent being StaySense in May 2023, marking its sixth acquisition.
