Drawer AI Raises $5M Seed Funding to Revolutionize Electrical Estimating

Drawer AI, an AI-powered estimating system designed for electrical contractors, has emerged from stealth mode with a $5 million seed funding round. The round was led by Brick & Mortar Ventures, with participation from Base10 Partners, marking the company’s first institutional investment after three years in development. The Austin-based startup has already onboarded six electrical contractors using its platform, which is positioned as the first AI-driven solution for the electrical estimating industry.

Founded in Palo Alto, Drawer AI aims to streamline and enhance the accuracy of electrical estimates through its generative AI system. The company previously raised $500,000 in a pre-seed round in 2022. With this latest investment, Drawer AI plans to expand its product offering and continue its mission of improving efficiency for electrical contractors.

The funding will allow Drawer AI to accelerate its growth and further develop its AI-driven platform, which has the potential to transform the electrical contracting industry by reducing the time and effort required for estimating projects.
