Adaptive Real Estate Raises $19 Million in Series A Funding

Adaptive, a New York-based proptech company, has announced the successful closure of its $19 million Series A funding round. The round was led by Emergence, with additional participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Third Kind Venture Capital, Exponent, Definition, BoxGroup, and a group of angel investors.

Founded in 2021 by Francisco Enriquez, Henry Bradlow, and Matthew Calvano, Adaptive Real Estate focuses on innovative solutions in the real estate sector. With this latest round, Adaptive Real Estate has now raised a total of $26.3 million over four funding rounds.

The company plans to utilize the new capital to further develop its technology platform, expand its market presence, and drive growth initiatives. Adaptive Real Estate aims to leverage its funding to enhance its services and continue providing cutting-edge solutions to the real estate industry.
