CRETI Venture Summit – Event Policy

The CRETI Venture Summit is an exclusive gathering of leaders in real estate technology and venture capital. To ensure a seamless experience for all attendees, the following policies apply to participation, registration, and event conduct.

Registration and Payment

• All registrations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• Registration fees cover access to the sessions, networking events, and materials as outlined in the event program.

• Travel, lodging, and other personal expenses are not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, travel disruptions, illness, or other unforeseen events.

• Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the CRETI team no later than 7 days prior to the event start date, including the full name, title, company, and email address of the new attendee.

• Event Changes: CRETI reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or schedule at its discretion. In the rare event the Summit is canceled by CRETI, tickets will be honored for a rescheduled date.

Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the Summit.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Media and Recording

• By attending, participants grant CRETI the right to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• Recording or distribution of sessions by attendees is not permitted without prior written consent from CRETI.

Liability Disclaimer

• CRETI assumes no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

• Attendees are responsible for their own travel, insurance, and related arrangements.
