Event Terms and Conditions

By registering for the CRETI Venture Summit, hosted by CRETI Ventures, LLC ("CRETI"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note that these policies are subject to change as necessary, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

Cancellation Policy

All payments made to CRETI for registration and participation in the CRETI Venture Summit are non-refundable, under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, participant illness, unforeseen events, circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CRETI, the participant, or any other party. This policy applies regardless of changes or modifications to the event schedule, presenters, or any related conference activities, acts of God, travel disruptions, acts of terrorism, loss of employment, or duplicate purchases.

To cancel your registration, you must notify CRETI in writing at info@creti.org. If your cancellation notice is received more than four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled conference date, you may transfer your registration to the next CRETI event at no additional cost. If your cancellation notice is received four (4) weeks or less before the conference date, your registration fee will be forfeited to CRETI as liquidated damages for the cancellation.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your registration to another individual for the same event, provided you notify CRETI in writing at info@creti.org. All substitution requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any attendee substitutions made on or after the event start date will incur a $150 processing fee.

Force Majeure

In the event that circumstances beyond CRETI’s reasonable control render it impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the CRETI Venture Summit, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, labor disturbances, terrorist acts, extreme weather conditions, curtailment of transportation or travel affecting the event location or the locations of attendees, epidemic, pandemic, or any related consequences thereof, CRETI reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, CRETI’s sole and exclusive obligation shall be to offer a credit for a future CRETI event equivalent to the amount of the paid registration fee.

Privacy Policy

By registering for the CRETI Venture Summit, you consent to the sharing of your registration information with event sponsors. This information may be used for marketing purposes and to enhance your experience at the event.

Code of Conduct

CRETI is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. All communication, whether at the event, associated venues, or online, must be appropriate for a diverse professional audience.

Participants are expected to treat others with respect and professionalism. Insulting or derogatory comments, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes, and other inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited. Any participant found violating these rules may be removed from the event or online platform without a refund, at the sole discretion of CRETI staff.
