VC’s Invest $23.8 Billion In Proptech In 2020

2020 showed the resilience of the real estate tech (proptech) venture capital market through the pandemic. According to CRETI data, $23.750 billion was invested across 425 proptech companies, a 24.7% decrease in venture capital funding, globally.

Throughout the year, the capital volume of venture capital investing remained nearly on par with 2019 levels, while the pace of investing slightly decreased.
