Executives from Crow Holdings, navitas capital, and alpaca ventures join creti leadership board

New York, NY — The Center for Real Estate Technology & Innovation (creti.org), the real estate technology industry’s venture capital think tank and network is pleased to announce and welcome Elie Finegold, Managing Director of Technology Investments at Crow Holdings, Daniel Fetner, General Partner at Alpaca VC, and Jenny Song, Principal at Navitas Capital, to the 2022 Leadership Board.

The CRETI Leadership Board is a community-led network of world-leading real estate technology investors devoted to the promotion of diversity, inclusion, entrepreneurship, and financial advocacy of innovation in the built and digital world.

The CRETI Leadership Board exists to create results and provide intelligence for the greater real estate technology (proptech) industry. This year’s prestigious group of proptech investors is excited to welcome newly appointed executives and directors from Crow Holdings, Alpaca Ventures, and Navitas Capital to the CRETI Leadership Board.

Since 2015, members of the 2022 CRETI Leadership Board, have collectively invested over $30 billion across 1,040 companies. 83% of investments were made in early and mid-stage companies, while 17% of investments were in late-stage companies. The elite group of proptech investors also represent diverse investment ideologies ranging from commercial, residential, industrial, construction, and multifamily technology.
