CRETI Announces 2022 Leadership Board
New York, NY — The Center for Real Estate Technology & Innovation (creti.org), the real estate technology industry’s think tank and venture network is pleased to announce and welcome the 2022 Leadership Board. The CRETI Leadership Board is a community-led network of world-leading real estate technology investors devoted to the promotion of diversity, inclusion, entrepreneurship, and financial advocacy of innovation in the built and digital world.
The CRETI Leadership Board exists to create results and provide intelligence for the greater real estate technology (proptech) industry. This year’s prestigious group of proptech investors consists of representatives from Fifth Wall, Bain Capital Ventures, Nuveen, Metaprop, Revolution, LPC Ventures, Arden Digital Ventures, and Building Ventures.
Since 2015, members of the 2022 CRETI Leadership Board, have collectively invested over $30 billion across 1,040 companies. 83% of investments were made in early-stage companies, while 33% and 50% of investments were in late-stage and seed-stage companies, respectively. The elite group of proptech investors also represent diverse investment ideologies ranging from commercial, residential, industrial, construction, and multifamily technology.
